Terms of Service

Make sure to read this before ordering!By commissioning me you agree that you have read my terms of service and state that it is a binding contract.

1. General Terms

  • - I accept payments via PayPal or Ko-Fi, this must be sent before I start the piece:

  • - If PayPal: I will require your email to invoice you or I can link the invoice.

  • - Repeat clients may not need invoice and I might provide my PayPal email

  • - I don't allow refunds by any circustance, forcing refunds will result in a public report

  • - I will be sending sketch wip and color stages, changes while process are allowed

  • - Commercial use of pieces is + $80

  • - Normal TAT: 1-3 months. High rush fee +$50 (Depending of the deadline and piece complexity: TAT - 1 day or 1 week)

  • - I might use the art for portfolio and commission examples, if you want to keep the commission in private, a little fee will be charged

2. Purchasing an Adopt

  • After auction ends and payment is sent, I will send unwatermarked and no background images of the character

  • You receive the character design rights, commercial use are agreed before purchase

  • Payment plans is allowed! But if you decide to cancel the adoption while partial payments has been sent, I will not refund these amounts

  • holds are available as long you can do a down payment (not refundable if cancelled as specified before)
